Typical guest capacity?

To ensure our high standards of culinary production and spatial design, we recommend initiating the conversation six to twelve months prior to your event date.

We design for everything from intimate twelve-guest candlelit dinners to large-scale corporate galas and luxury weddings of up to three hundred guests.

Do you travel?

Unified service model

Saison Studio operates primarily in New York and Los Angeles, but our design and culinary teams are fully equipped to travel worldwide for bespoke commissions.

The magic lies in the unified sensory choreography. Therefore, we only accept full-service commissions integrating florals, spatial decor, and culinary production.
